Records Division

The Sequatchie County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for recording and storing case files. All incidents, complaints and accident reports generated by the Sheriff’s Office are maintained and housed within the Sequatchie County Justice Center located at:

The Records Division helps assist the public by locating reports, researching past incidents and providing direction to additional agencies if needed. Report retrieval is available upon request Monday – Friday 8AM to 4PM CST.

Reports are stored electronically within our records management system or through the state provided crash report system depending on the incident.

Obtaining A Copy Of An Accident Report
All Incident reports take approximately seven business days to arrive in the Records Division. Accident reports needed for insurance purposes are available to the public. This request can be made in person, by calling (423) 949-7750 or through the mail.
